  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and quality across various seasons and clients.
  • Create and maintain detailed program schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Exhibit sound judgment to balance competing priorities, adapt to evolving needs, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Sourcing & Costing:

  • Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality or brand alignment.

  • Problem Solving:

  • Apply creativity and critical thinking to innovate within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in secondary or tertiary packaging development, with a focus on beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products preferred.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end product development, from ideation to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and print techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience with domestic and overseas sourcing and manufacturing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving large-scale, high-impact programs.
  • Availability to work after hours or across time zones as needed.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
