We’re hiring Sales / Business Development Associates (Remote) to join the Bramhasmi Growth Team.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales, business development, and startup growth who want real-world experience working with a technology company.
The position begins with a commission-only model for the first 3 months, after which high-performing candidates may receive a base salary + commission based on performance.
Responsibilities :-
- Identify and approach potential clients who need digital solutions
- Pitch Bramhasmi’s services (websites, mobile apps, software development, AI solutions)
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Work with the Growth Team to convert leads into projects
- Earn commission on every successful deal
