Job Summary We are looking for an AI Product Expert to drive AI innovation, strategic communication, and effective change management within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, storytelling, and how to leverage AI products to solve business challenges. This role will be pivotal in shaping our AI strategy, guiding teams on the best use of AI tools, managing vendor relationships, and leading innovation projects. You will be instrumental in driving AI adoption across the organization, ensuring smooth integration of embedded AI solutions, and running rapid prototyping on POCs.

Job Highlights & Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Role: Shape the AI strategy and provide the organization with insights on when and how to integrate AI products.
• Innovation Focus: Lead innovation projects and be the bridge between AI development and organizational needs.
• AI Expertise: Stay ahead of AI trends and market developments, applying an “outside-in” perspective to ensure we are leveraging the most relevant tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to create synergy in AI product usage.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with AI product vendors and partners.

Main Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy & Storytelling:

• Develop and communicate a clear AI strategy, aligning with business goals and driving AI adoption across departments.
• Craft compelling narratives around AI technologies, showcasing their impact and potential value to various stakeholders.

• Lead the development of AI storytelling frameworks to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Change Management & Embedded AI:

• Champion change management initiatives for AI adoption, ensuring smooth integration of AI solutions in the organization.

• Partner with key departments to identify areas where AI can bring immediate value and lead the implementation of embedded AI products.

• Innovation Projects & Rapid Prototyping:

• Lead and manage AI innovation projects from ideation to execution.
• Drive rapid prototyping of POCs to test new AI concepts, quickly validating and iterating on ideas.

• Foster a culture of experimentation, quickly adopting new AI technologies to address business needs.

• Vendor Management & External Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with external AI vendors and partners, ensuring access to the latest tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement AI products that align with business requirements.

• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor deliverables, and ensure smooth integration of third-party AI products into existing systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as the AI ambassador within the organization, providing guidance on when to use what AI products and how to maximize their value.
• Work closely with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams to create a cohesive AI roadmap and ensure alignment on objectives.

• Coordinate across departments to ensure the successful deployment and scaling of AI-driven initiatives.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence:

• Continuously track and evaluate emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide thought leadership and expert analysis on where AI can add value across various domains.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with AI product vendors and partners.
