We’re looking for an exceptional Part-Time Home & Lifestyle Assistant to support our family and help keep our home running smoothly.

Our incredible Home & Personal Assistant is moving on to an exciting full-time opportunity after spending the last six months with our family. While we’re so sad to see her go, we’re excited to find the next person to step into this role.

She became an invaluable part of our home and business, and we’re looking for someone who is excited to build on that foundation. She leaves behind big shoes to fill, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and taking pride in helping a busy household run beautifully.

This isn’t just an errand-running position—it’s ideal for someone who loves organization, enjoys checking things off a list, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

We’re a creative family with a growing business, a toddler, multiple properties, and lots of moving pieces. The right person will love creating calm out of chaos and genuinely enjoy making life easier for others.

Schedule

This role requires commuting to Malibu approximately 2–3 days per week.

We’re looking for someone who can ideally spend 6–8 hours each day they’re at the house so projects can be completed efficiently rather than spread out over multiple short visits.

The schedule is flexible and will vary based on our needs and your availability. Some weeks may be lighter, while others may require additional days depending on projects, travel, or seasonal needs. We’re looking for someone who values consistency but also enjoys flexibility.

Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable commuting to Malibu.

Responsibilities

Home Management

* Keep the home organized, functional, and beautifully maintained

* Organize closets, pantry, storage areas, garage, and household systems

* Restock household supplies and proactively place Amazon orders

* Coordinate with cleaners, handyman, landscapers, contractors, appliance repair companies, deliveries, and other household vendors

* Be the point person when service providers are working at the home

* Help prepare the home before and after travel

Wardrobe & Personal Organization

* Organize and inventory clothing, shoes, handbags, hats, and accessories

* Photograph and catalog clothing for resale

* Manage Poshmark, consignment, donations, and seasonal wardrobe rotations

* Keep our daughter’s wardrobe organized and updated as she grows

* Prepare clothing for travel and seasonal storage

Errands

* Grocery shopping

* Returns and exchanges

* Dry cleaning

* Post office and shipping

* Car maintenance appointments

* Package pickups and deliveries

* General household errands as needed

Household Projects

* Organize art supplies, studio materials, and household inventory

* Assist with home improvement projects

* Help prepare inventory for our retail stores when needed

* Coordinate mail and home logistics while we’re traveling

* Work alongside our virtual assistant to keep household projects moving forward

General Household Support

* Light laundry as needed

* Light meal prep if helpful

* Keep refrigerators, pantry, and storage areas organized

* Maintain overall household order and functionality

* Support day-to-day household needs as they arise
