Senior Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go or Python.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate AI/ML models into backend applications for real-time or batch inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy and monitor machine learning models.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data storage solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Go or Python.
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Go Fiber/Gin.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models using libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
