- 1 Mid-Level Role – 3–7 years of relevant experience
- 1 Senior-Level Role – 8–15 years of relevant experience
Note: Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based applications to production is mandatory .
Job Description:
- Client is building the autonomous workforce for healthcare supply chain.
- Candidate should have experience writing production code, and hands-on shipping role within the past 12 months.
- Production experience with LLMs/agents (not just prompting; orchestration, state, evals, failure handling).
- Comfortable in a small founding team environment reporting directly to the founder.
- Public artifacts of agent work: GitHub repos, blog posts, talks, OSS contributions to LangGraph, DSPy, Inspect, Anthropic SDK, etc.
- Preferred Vertical AI background (healthcare, legal, insurance, finance) with messy unstructured data.
- Experience evolving custom customer work into reusable platform primitives.
- Has been the early/engineer at a previous startup.
