Job Description
Role: AI Agent Product Owner
Experience: 8+ Years
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Contract
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, scope and expected behaviour for AI agents built using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Work with business stakeholders to define use cases, user journeys, success measures and response expectations.
- Document expected agent responses, decision logic, escalation rules and guardrails.
- Provide product ownership across Agentforce, Data Cloud and Service Cloud changes.
- Support Salesforce solution design and technical decision-making from a business outcome perspective.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and Salesforce specialists to ensure solutions meet agreed standards.
- Use generative AI to create, refine and maintain test cases for AI agent behaviour.
- Validate that agent responses meet business intent, customer needs and governance requirements.
- Lead practical discussions with stakeholders on AI capability, limitations, risk and operating model impacts.
