Role: Senior Software Developer

Location Bengaluru Experience 8+years

Job Description:

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in backend development within automotive environments.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Solid expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures.
  • Experience with automated testing, debugging, and code quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of databases, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test backend applications and software modules.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and defect analysis.
  • Gather, analyze, and implement business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including code and bug tracking.
  • Enhance and optimize existing databases, APIs, and microservices.
  • Collaborate effectively within agile development teams and participate in sprint ceremonies, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Advanced: Kotlin, Java, REST/OpenAPI, Docker, Datadog, CI/CD, Kafka, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Git, IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven/Gradle, AWS
  • Working Knowledge: JavaScript, Python, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Spark, Jira
