About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for architecting enterprise-scale solutions that leverage Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, AIOps, and intelligent automation to improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define AI architecture and strategy for the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, AI Search, and AIOps.
- Architect enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and App Engine.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and other AI platforms.
- Design secure and scalable integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Establish AI governance, model lifecycle management, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and data scientists to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and AI technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and App Engine.
- Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, AI Search, and AIOps.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong JavaScript skills; Python is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/CSM)
- Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent AI certification
