About the Role

ToggleNow is seeking a passionate and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-powered chatbot development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Freshers with exceptional AI/ML projects, internships, and strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI solutions.
• Implement NLP solutions including text classification, sentiment analysis, summarization, entity extraction, and semantic search.
• Build scalable REST APIs to integrate AI models into business applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and product ownership activities.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science, Data Science, AI) can also apply.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML development, Data Science, or related domains.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Understanding of NLP techniques and modern transformer-based architectures.
• Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Data Science.
