Executive Assistant / Social Media Consultant / Budtender - Cannabis Retail

The Club by KO Collective is a newly licensed cannabis dispensary in Santa Rosa, and we’re building something that doesn’t look or feel like every other shop in the county. We’re not hiring someone to just ring up sales — we’re looking for a founding team member who wants to help build a brand from the ground up.

If you take pride in how a space looks and feels, geek out on product knowledge, treat every customer like a regular, and have ideas — we want to talk to you.

What you’ll do:

• Guide customers through products with genuine knowledge and zero pressure
• Help shape the in-store experience, merchandising, and brand voice
• Stay sharp on compliance
• Bring ideas to the table — events, community, content, loyalty — and help us execute them
• Grow with us; early team members are first in line for lead and management roles

What we’re looking for:

• Someone genuinely excited to build a brand, not just clock in
• Strong people skills and a real customer-first instinct
• Reliability and integrity (this is a heavily regulated business)
• Cannabis knowledge is a plus, but the right attitude beats experience
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check per CA DCC requirements

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
