Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology , including clinical or counseling psychology, with applied experience in assessment and intervention.
• Understanding of Medicine and Mental Health concepts relevant to addiction, co-occurring psychiatric disorders, and integrated care settings.
• Demonstrated skills in Counseling , including individual, group, and family therapy in addiction or mental health contexts.
• Proficiency in Psychological Assessment , such as diagnostic interviews, psychometric testing, and risk assessments.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field; relevant licensure/registration or eligibility as required by local regulations.
• Experience working in addiction treatment, rehabilitation, or psychiatric care settings is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication, documentation, and case management skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, trauma-informed care, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Urdu) is an advantage.
