The Role:

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Project Manager to lead our field construction teams daily across multiple job sites. In this critical role, you will manage construction timelines, allocate key resources, and champion customer and vendor relationships from initial project kickoff to final sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Meet clients on-site to finalize job details before breaking ground and conduct final walkthroughs to ensure absolute job satisfaction upon completion.
• Team Coordination: Actively coordinate and direct internal crews and specialized subcontractors to keep daily operations seamless.
• Financial & Timeline Oversight: Monitor project budgets, tracking and managing timelines closely to guarantee costs remain within defined limits.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong, clear, and proactive communication between clients, vendors, and construction teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in residential and commercial project management.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in construction budgeting, scheduling, and proactive risk management.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate teams and resolve issues efficiently.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Credentials: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual capabilities are a strong plus, though not required.
