Senior Executive Assistant

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a Chicago-based software company for a senior-level Executive Assistant to support a CEO. This role requires strong executive presence, exceptional attention to detail, and comfort handling high-volume, confidential work.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
• Manage confidential communications and act as a trusted point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
• Support Board-related coordination and executive-level documentation
• Keep priorities organized and moving in a fast-paced environment; ensure strong follow-through

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience (C-suite support strongly preferred)
• Excellent organization, judgment, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom, etc.)

Key Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Work model: Hybrid
• Pay: target range $40–$50/hr (W2)
