Commercial Framer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial metal stud framing, general carpentry, and is motivated to get the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing tasks including woodworking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and other tasks
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings
• Assist with all other construction projects, such as house remodeling, masonry, installing decks, etc.
• Assist with heavy lifting and material handling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of framing experience needed.
• Strong knowledge of commercial framing methods and construction practices.
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and execute trim carpentry or woodwork as needed
• Skills in masonry work, drywalling, siding, or other fields is a major plus
• Physical ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required
• Must provide your own framing tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions when required.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
