AI Presales Intern

We are looking for a highly analytical and exceptional AI Solutions & Proposal Strategy Intern to join our AI Solutions & Proposal Strategy team. In this role, you will work on AI-driven digital transformation opportunities , helping create executive-ready proposals, solution presentations, and customer-facing content for enterprise clients.

You will partner closely with pre-sales, consulting, product, and engineering teams to understand customer challenges, shape AI solution narratives, and develop compelling proposals that articulate business value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, business strategy, and storytelling.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Employment Type: 6 Months Internship + PPO

Work Timings : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (Flexibility to go back home after 9:30 PM and login from home)

Eligibility : only 2025/2026/2027 Graduates

What You’ll Do:

• Develop compelling proposal content, translating high-level AI solution strategies into client-ready proposals and executive presentations.
• Contribute to the development of AI solution proposals , encompassing Generative AI, AI Agents, Automation, Cloud AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into compelling, business-focused AI solution narratives.
• Rapidly assimilate AI concepts, product capabilities, and technical features to articulate their business value effectively.
• Align customer use cases with Techolution’s proprietary AI accelerators and comprehensive solution offerings.
• Structure complex technical information into clear, concise, executive-level proposals and presentation decks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, consulting, product, UX, and engineering teams to develop winning proposal responses.
• Utilize advanced AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and other Generative AI platforms, to accelerate proposal development, while applying critical judgment and strategic thinking.
• Contribute actively to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), capability decks, executive presentations, and customer proposals.
• Maintain and update reusable proposal assets, templates, and knowledge repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Required skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated exposure to areas such as Artificial Intelligence , Cloud Technologies, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Pre-Sales, or Consulting, gained through internships, academic projects, or relevant professional experience.
• A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies and apply them effectively to address real-world business challenges.
• Exceptional abilities in content creation and executive-level storytelling, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Robust understanding of solution development, coupled with the ability to rapidly assimilate new AI concepts and product functionalities.
• Strategic thinking capabilities, enabling the effective connection of customer challenges with innovative, AI-driven business solutions.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis and solution mapping, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Fundamental presentation and formatting skills, enabling the creation of professional, executive-ready deliverables.
