Role: Power BI Developer
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Type: Contract
Job Description:
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform curated cyber datasets into actionable operational, risk, and executive insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards for threat monitoring, incident trends, risk scoring, and operational KPIs
- Build semantic models, DAX measures, and reusable reporting datasets aligned with cyber analytics use cases
- Connect Power BI to curated Databricks or lakehouse datasets and optimize report performance
- Implement row-level security, report governance, refresh schedules, and publishing standards
- Collaborate with SOC teams, cyber analysts, and business stakeholders to enhance dashboard usability and drive adoption
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
- Experience integrating Power BI with Databricks, SQL endpoints, or cloud data platforms
- Strong expertise in dashboard design, performance tuning, and user experience optimization
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity metrics, incident reporting, and operational analytics
