Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - SAP S/4HANA

MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):

• Experience: 6+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA development, implementation, or support experience. A stable career history is strictly required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: SAP S/4HANA configuration, business requirements gathering/analysis, full-stack application development, or EBS payment & reconciliation processes.
• Software/Tools: Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and modules including CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and IHB (Intercompany Billing).
• Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with global cross-functional teams.
• Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Bangalore, Chennai.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Engineer 3 level) specializing in SAP S/4HANA ecosystems. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, architect scalable software solutions, and manage end-to-end implementation and production support. You will bridge the gap between complex backend architectures (like SAP HANA and Oracle EBS) and user-centric interfaces to ensure robust financial and contract management applications.

Core Responsibilities

• [SAP S/4HANA Analyst & Config]: Gather business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and perform system configuration, testing, and production support.
• [Full-Stack Engineering]: Design, develop, and maintain secure frontend interfaces and backend microservices/APIs using at least one advanced programming language.
• [Module Optimization]: Oversee execution and data flow integrity within specialized modules, specifically CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and IHB (Intercompany Billing).
• [Financial Architecture Sync]: Manage complex technical touchpoints between SAP S/4HANA and EBS (Oracle E-Business Suite) payment and reconciliation processes.
• [DevOps & Code Quality]: Enforce code quality through test-driven development, test automation, and robust continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
