Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (L3) with 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Oracle databases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and high availability solutions.

Required Skills

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in a production environment.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database 11g and above.
• Expertise in Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with RMAN for backup and recovery.
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager and database monitoring tools.
• Experience in database upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud database solutions.
• Knowledge of database security best practices.
• Experience with Shell/Python scripting for automation.
• Exposure to MySQL or SQL Server.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and maintain Oracle databases.
• Ensure database availability, performance, and security.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN.
• Perform database upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Monitor and tune database performance.
• Troubleshoot production database issues.
• Develop and maintain database documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams on database solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Participate in the on-call support rotation.

Additional Information

• General Shift
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
• Travel Allowance: 300 per day.
• Free Food will be provided.
• No shift allowance will be paid.
