Head of Product Operations and AI Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Product Operations And AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $325,000 – $350,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own Product Ops end-to-end, focusing on Data, Stories, and Process
• Manage metrics sourcing and reporting, ensuring data-driven decisions
• Oversee program delivery cadence and track key milestones
• Manage AI-library integration into product operations
• Run cross-functional alignment forums and triage sessions
• Partner on pricing, packaging, and strategic customer calls
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the product team

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product leadership, especially in B2B SaaS (cybersecurity a plus)
• Run delivery cadence across a multi-PM / multi-squad organization; deep Jira fluency
• Hands-on use of AI/automation to enhance product workflows
• Fluent with tools: Pendo, Sigma/Snowflake BI, Span/DORA, Jira, Confluence
• NYC-based with a high-velocity, high-accountability work style
• Expertise in Claude and other AI tools is mandatory
