🚀 We’re hiring: Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Developer (Fintech)

📍 Hybrid | London

We’re looking for an intellectually curious Full-Stack Software Developer to join our growing team at Saba.

You’ll help design, build and maintain scalable software across our technology platform while contributing to innovative AI-enabled solutions that support our products and customers. This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative startup environment where your ideas can make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, developing and maintaining scalable full-stack applications

• Building and integrating APIs, databases and backend services

• Contributing to AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI initiatives

• Writing clean, maintainable code and supporting automated testing and quality assurance

• Debugging, troubleshooting and improving application performance and reliability

• Collaborating closely with engineering, operations and business teams to deliver new features and platform enhancements

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms

• Min 3 years commercial experience in full-stack software development

• Experience with modern web technologies, APIs and relational databases

• Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD

• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative mindset, curiosity to learn and an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
