What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems and machine learning solutions.
• Develop and optimise LLM-powered applications and AI-driven features.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape the AI roadmap.
• Build scalable infrastructure for model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical best practices across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying production AI systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic AI architectures.
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
