Job Summary :

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in AI/GenAI and Marketing Technology (MarTech) to drive the development of AI-powered marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have a blend of product management, digital marketing, analytics, automation, and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven marketing products.
• Work with business, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Leverage GenAI, LLMs, and automation to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Gather requirements, create PRDs/user stories, and manage product execution.
• Analyze product and marketing performance using data and insights.
• Drive adoption and go-to-market initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in Product Management.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI solutions, Prompt Engineering, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in Digital Marketing, MarTech, Marketing Automation, or AdTech.
• Experience with Analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau/Google Analytics) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred
• Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Digital Agencies, or Marketing Platforms.
• Certifications in Product Management, AI/ML, or Digital Marketing.
