Job Description
Overview:
Manages all aspects of the job from the point of sale. This includes daily communication with clients and regular site visits, hiring and managing subcontractors, gathering referrals, as well as tracking all necessary data with the goal of continual growth and improvement.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the crew(s) schedules and timelines
-Purchasing and budgeting paint materials
-communicating with the clients
-daily phone calls with voicemails, and text messages with photos
-relaying any changes and expectations about the job to the client
-creating plans to resolve any issues the client may have
-sending any change orders to the sales team for approval
-regularly bargaining the best rates for paint materials from paint sales rep
-walkthroughs with the clients and gathering referrals and reviews
-regular negotiations on labor costs
-gather work orders
Performance Tracking:
-% of clients giving referrals increases
-% of clients writing a good review increases
-subcontractor pay satisfaction
-consistent project data collection
-subcontractor retention rate
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
