Overview

GOM Athleisure is a New York–based athleisure brand specializing in stylish sportswear and yoga-inspired activewear that combines fashion-forward aesthetics with everyday functionality. Our brand focuses on creating modern, feminine, and versatile pieces that can be worn for workouts, studio classes, content shoots, and everyday lifestyle.

We are looking for a Fashion Styling & Design Intern who is passionate about fashion, styling, activewear, and visual brand aesthetics. This internship is primarily focused on photoshoot styling, outfit coordination, moodboard creation, product presentation, and supporting visual content production for a growing fashion and lifestyle brand.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for styling, color, silhouette, and brand image, and is excited to help bring GOM Athleisure’s products to life through photoshoots, social media content, and creative brand campaigns. This role may also include light support with product research, design references, trend research, and sample organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with photoshoot styling, including outfit coordination, styling preparation, and on-set support
• Create mood boards and styling references that align with the brand’s aesthetic, campaign direction, and seasonal concepts
• Help prepare, organize, steam, and style garments, samples, and accessories for photoshoots and content production
• Support model styling, fitting preparation, and outfit changes during studio and outdoor shoots
• Research fashion, activewear, balletcore, wellness, and lifestyle trends to support styling and content ideas
• Assist with visual brand presentation, including styling guides, shoot references, and content planning materials
• Support product presentation for social media, website content, influencer campaigns, and brand lookbooks
• Help maintain and organize the brand’s sample closet, styling pieces, and shoot materials
• Provide light support with design references, product research, color direction, and sample feedback when needed

Pay: $16.50 - $26.67 per hour
