Senior AI Transformation Specialist

We are looking for an Senior AI Transformation Specialist to work directly with enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full potential of AI by driving adoption , identifying high-impact business opportunities , and delivering measurable business outcomes .

This is a customer-facing consulting role where you’ll partner with business leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption, facilitate Value Finder workshops , uncover automation opportunities, and help customers embed AI into their everyday workflows. You’ll work closely with Google , our AI Engineering teams , and Solution Architects to ensure customers realize lasting value from their AI investments.

Job Title: Senior AI Transformation Specialist

Location: Remote Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise customers to successfully adopt Google Gemini Enterprise and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Facilitate AI enablement workshops , executive briefings , office hours , and hands-on training sessions for business users.
• Lead discovery sessions and Value Finder workshops to identify business challenges, prioritize AI use cases, and uncover automation opportunities.
• Work with customer stakeholders to understand business processes , define success metrics , and build practical AI adoption plans .
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and AI Engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop enablement assets including playbooks , prompt libraries , workflow guides , and best practices that drive user adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics , gather customer feedback, and continuously improve enablement strategies to increase engagement and business impact.
• Present adoption progress, business outcomes, and strategic recommendations through Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) .
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI adoption across additional business functions and support future AI transformation initiatives.
• Stay current with Google Gemini capabilities and emerging AI technologies to continuously improve customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in AI Enablement, Digital Transformation, Business Consulting, Customer Success, Change Management, Enterprise Technology Consulting , or a similar customer-facing consulting role.
• Experience leading customer workshops, discovery sessions, executive presentations, Value Finder workshops , or business process consulting engagements .
• Hands-on experience with Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise , or similar Generative AI platforms .
• Strong ability to understand business processes , identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Experience developing AI adoption strategies, business cases, ROI recommendations , and presenting to executive stakeholders .
• Comfortable working with executive leadership , cross-functional business teams , Google teams , and technical delivery teams .
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving , relationship-building , and customer-facing consulting abilities.
