As a Construction Framer, you will be at the forefront of construction innovation, utilizing your skills to interpret plans and execute complex framing tasks with precision and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine framing requirements.
• Erect metal buildings, including metal stud framing and steel structures, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Install concrete forms and rebar for foundations and structural supports, maintaining quality standards.
• Perform framing tasks using hand tools and power tools, including cutting, measuring, and assembling wood or metal components.
• Execute carpentry work such as siding installation, along with trim carpentry and roofing tasks.
• Operate heavy equipment safely for material handling and site preparation when necessary.
• Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet safety regulations.

Skills

• Extensive experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry techniques.
• Proficient in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation with safety awareness.
• Strong knowledge of framing carpentry including woodworking, frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and roof framing.
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise construction work.
• Experience with siding installation, plastering, restoration projects, remodeling work, and roofing systems.
• Excellent understanding of construction site safety protocols combined with physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
