Job Description
This is a techno-functional role , not a traditional AI Engineer role.
Candidates Will
- Understand business processes.
- Work directly with Operations SMEs.
- Review current-state processes.
- Review procedures and operational documentation.
- Validate process maps.
- Design Agentic AI solutions.
- Build the agent “shell” / workflow.
- Partner with Engineering for integrations.
Engineering owns APIs/integrations; FDE owns business understanding, workflow design, and agent design. Candidates do not perform integrations but must understand how they work.
What We Need
- Built Agentic AI solutions.
- Designed AI agents.
- Contributed to agent architecture.
- Workflow automation.
- Operations-focused AI.
What Not
- Chatbots or sentiment analysis.
- GitHub Copilot / CI/CD automation only.
- Traditional AI/ML engineers focused solely on model development or predictive analytics.
- Candidates should have worked directly with Operations teams and designed AI around operational workflows.
