Are You seeking an innovative and hands-on Senior AI & Copilot Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot technologies, and multi-cloud platforms. This role is responsible for architecting intelligent digital assistants, AI-powered search capabilities, automation solutions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks that drive productivity, innovation, and business transformation.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in AI/ML engineering, cloud-native development, and the Microsoft ecosystem with the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Copilot Solution Engineering

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build and optimize generative AI applications using large language models and advanced AI services.
• Implement conversational AI experiences that improve employee productivity and business operations.
• Develop scalable solutions supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & AI Search

• Design and implement RAG architectures that combine enterprise knowledge sources with generative AI capabilities.
• Develop semantic search and intelligent retrieval solutions using:
• Vector databases
• Embeddings
• Knowledge indexing
• Contextual grounding techniques
• Optimize information retrieval, relevance ranking, and response quality across enterprise platforms.
• Develop AI-powered search experiences that improve access to organizational knowledge and data.

Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Development

• Build automation workflows and AI-driven business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Develop custom connectors, integrations, and extensions to enhance business processes.
• Support intelligent workflows that automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Cloud & Enterprise Architecture

• Design and implement cloud-native AI solutions across multi-cloud environments.
• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient AI platforms supporting enterprise workloads.
• Evaluate and recommend architectural patterns, frameworks, and technology solutions.
• Support enterprise modernization initiatives through AI, automation, and cloud innovation.

AI Development & Integration

• Develop custom applications and integrations using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration layers supporting AI-driven experiences.
• Integrate enterprise systems, data sources, and business applications with AI platforms.
• Support model deployment, optimization, monitoring, and lifecycle management activities.

Governance, Security & Responsible AI
