Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Maintain and administer network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other networking hardware.
- Implement and maintain network security policies, procedures, and technologies (e.g., firewalls, NAC, IDS/IPS).
- Manage IP addressing schemes, VLANs, routing protocols and QoS policies.
- Work with service providers and vendors to manage network services and resolve outages or incidents.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Support network expansion, upgrades, and migration projects across multiple locations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other IT staff.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Fresh service ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
