Merchandising Admin Assistant - Fashion

We’re looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join the team of a contemporary womenswear fashion brand based in East London. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised with strong Excel skills who’s looking to gain further experience within merchandising operations, logistics, and wholesale support in a fast-paced fashion environment.

This is a temporary position to start ASAP, therefore suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice

The rol**

• e:Support the Merchandising team with trading, stock management and day-to-day merchandising operation
• s.Produce and maintain weekly trade, stock, intake and performance reports to support commercial decision-makin
• g.Coordinate purchase orders, supplier deliveries, shipment tracking and warehouse intake to ensure stock arrives on tim
• e.Maintain accurate product, pricing, stock and wholesale order information across internal system
• s.Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure smooth stock flo
• w.Support stock allocation, replenishment, wholesale fulfilment and inventory management to maximise product availabilit
• y.Assist with seasonal planning, forecasting and merchandising administration to support successful product launches and in-season tradin

• e:Previous experience as a Merchandise Admin Assistant or in a merchandising, merchandising operations or supply chain support rol
• e.Strong Excel skills with experience producing reports and managing large volumes of dat
• a.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritie
• s.Confident communicating with suppliers, logistics partners and cross-functional team
• s.Commercially aware with an interest in trading, stock management and retail performanc
• e.Previous fashion, retail or consumer goods head office experience is preferre
