About Us

Maggie’s Kitchens & Baths is a growing kitchen and bath design showroom dedicated to creating beautiful, functional spaces with exceptional customer service. We’re looking for an organized, creative, and motivated Design Assistant to support our designers and help deliver an outstanding experience for every client.

Responsibilities

●* Assist lead designers with kitchen and bathroom design projects.*

●* Meet with clients to discuss selections and gather project information.*

●* Create and revise drawings using design software (experience with 20/20, ProKitchen, Chief Architect, or similar is a plus).*

●* Help customers select cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and other finishes.*

●* Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer presentations.*

●* Place and track product orders with vendors.*

●* Coordinate with installers, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving.*

●* Maintain organized project files and accurate customer records.*

●* Keep the showroom organized, current, and visually appealing.*

Qualifications

●* Previous experience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, remodeling, cabinetry, or a related field is preferred.*

●* Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, and construction is a plus.*

●* Excellent communication and customer service skills.*

●* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.*

●* Comfortable learning and using design software and Microsoft Office.*

●* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.*

Compensation & Benefits

●* Pay Range: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.*

Schedule Expectations

●* Weekly Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week.*

●* Typical Workdays: Primarily weekdays during standard showroom hours, with some flexibility based on project needs.*

●* Evenings & Weekends: Occasional evening or Saturday hours may be required to accommodate client schedules and showroom traffic.*
