Our challenge

Synechron is seeking an AI Adoption & Product Associate to support enterprise AI adoption within a leading global private equity client environment. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly curious about AI, comfortable learning new technologies, and able to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business value for end users

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York City is $75k - $85k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise AI adoption initiatives across business, investment, and operational teams.
• Partner with users to understand business needs and identify practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Create prompt libraries, AI playbooks, workflow templates, markdown repositories, and reusable knowledge assets.
• Conduct research on emerging AI tools, capabilities, use cases, and productivity patterns.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, office hours, demos, training materials, and user enablement support.
• Translate technical AI concepts into clear guidance for business users and stakeholders.
• Document repeatable workflows, adoption patterns, best practices, and guardrails to support responsible AI usage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows, knowledge management practices, and user productivity.

Requirements:

You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in technology, consulting, business analysis, product support, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to business users.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, emerging technologies, digital tools, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to learn quickly, organize complex information, synthesize findings, and create practical user-facing materials.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Claude CoWork, Enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted research, prompt engineering, workflow automation, knowledge management, or citizen development initiatives.
• Experience creating reusable documentation, training materials, user guides, enablement content, or internal playbooks.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, adoption guardrails, or change management programs.
• Experience supporting product, technology, digital transformation, or business analysis initiatives.
