Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract new agencies to Poppo Live. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing agency partners. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the suitability of potential agencies. - Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process for newly recruited agencies. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
