Job Title: AI Process Architect

Location: Parsippany, NJ (4:1 Hybrid – HQ Location)

Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Work Hours: 40 Hours/Week – Core EST Business Hours

Interview Process:

• 1st Round: Hiring Manager – 30 mins Google Meet
• 2nd Round: Hiring Manager & Leadership – Onsite

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an AI Process Architect with a strong Business Analyst and Product Management background who understands how business processes can be transformed using AI solutions. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, product developers, and technical teams to identify AI opportunities, design future-state workflows, and translate business needs into actionable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and business objectives.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for Generative AI and Agentic AI integration.
• Design AI-enabled future-state workflows, including automation paths, human touchpoints, and data flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation, user stories, and solution designs.
• Define success metrics, support adoption, and optimize AI-driven workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong Business Analysis and Process Mapping experience (Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools).
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI use case prototyping.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, requirements gathering, and documentation.
