Network Technical Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will manage a cross-tier team (L1,L2,L3), ensure high network availability, streamline incident and change management, and drive operational excell
ence.

Lead and optimize 24x7 network operations across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid enviro
nments.Manage incident response, major outages, and post-incident reviews
(RCA).Oversee L1,L2,L3 team performance, development, and shift pl
anning.
Require
d Skills:
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS,
VPN, etc.12+ years in network operations or engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or
lead roleHands-on experience with enterprise-grade switches, routers, firewalls, CDN, DDOS, VPN and load balancers (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5, Zscaler, Akamai CDN and DDOS
solutions)Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Selector A
I, Splunk)Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network en
vironmentsUnderstanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance re
quirements
Preferred Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, AWS Advanced Network
