Power BI Developer

Role Purpose:

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting assets that translate curated cyber datasets into actionable operational, risk, and executive insights.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization, with the ability to transform complex data into clear and meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards for threat monitoring, incident trends, risk scoring, and operational KPIs
• Build semantic models, measures, and reusable reporting datasets aligned to cyber analytics use cases
• Connect Power BI to curated Databricks / lakehouse datasets and optimise report performance
• Implement role-level security, report governance, refresh schedules, and publishing standards
• Work with SOC, cyber analysts, and business stakeholders to refine dashboard usability and adoption

Required Skills

• Advanced Power BI report development, data modelling, DAX, and Power Query
• Experience connecting Power BI with Databricks, SQL endpoints, or cloud data platforms
• Strong dashboard design, performance tuning, and user experience skills
• Understanding of cyber security metrics, incident reporting, and operational analytics

• Report governance, refresh, access control, and publishing documentation
