Role Description The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design of intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This full-time, on-site role in Gujranwala involves conducting user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively. The designer will refine and maintain design systems, perform usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data. In addition, the role includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to design standards, and aligning design decisions with business and user goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clear, attractive, and consistent layouts.
• Candidates should possess User Experience (UX) skills to design user flows, conduct user research, and ensure usability across products.
• Candidates should possess Mockups and prototyping skills to build wireframes and interactive design concepts for stakeholder review.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development familiarity to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and support design implementation.
• Candidates should have experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and creating responsive designs.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Candidates should have several years of professional UI/UX design experience; experience in leading design projects or teams is preferred.
• A relevant degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
