Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated 360° communication campaigns for Government Ministries, PSUs, corporate brands, and public sector initiatives.
• Translate client briefs and strategic insights into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts and campaign narratives.
• Develop high-impact copy across Digital, Social Media, Print, OOH, Radio, TVCs, Brand Films, AV Scripts, Websites, Brochures, Presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Create powerful campaign themes, taglines, messaging frameworks, brand tonality, and storytelling that align with communication objectives.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all consumer touchpoints and media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, Account Management, and Production teams to deliver cohesive and award-worthy campaigns.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
• Mentor junior writers by providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and guidance on copy quality and campaign thinking.
• Stay updated with emerging advertising trends, cultural insights, digital innovations, and government communication initiatives to produce relevant and impactful campaigns.

Required Skills

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Content Writer/Copywriter in an advertising or integrated creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-led thinking across Digital, Print, OOH, Brand Films, AV Scripts, Radio, Social Media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience conceptualizing and writing for large-scale integrated campaigns rather than platform-specific content alone.
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable command of English (Hindi writing proficiency is an added advantage).
• Experience handling Government Ministries, PSUs, public sector campaigns, or large corporate brands will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, communication strategy, and content marketing principles.
• Ability to simplify complex communication into engaging, audience-centric messaging.
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate original ideas under pressure and adapt messaging across multiple media formats.
• Proficiency in working within fast-paced agency environments while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
