Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity.
6+ years of Hands-on engineering/Technical lead.
3+ years of experience in leading team by reviewing code delivered, helping in troubleshooting, technical SME and owns code quality.
Good understanding of one or more tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs (example - Spring Boot / Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred).
Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering
Ability to build strong relationships with technical, product, and business stakeholders
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring project team members and working with Technical Architects in implementation and design
Experience in planning and execution of Agile Transformations will be a plus.
