Junior UI/UX Designer (3–5 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer with strong hands-on experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business needs into user-centric designs while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces, workflows, and visual layouts for web and mobile applications

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma

• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation

• Maintain consistency through design systems and UI standards

• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UX practices

• Support development teams with design assets and basic front-end understanding

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Web responsive design

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma (mandatory)

• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design

• Ability to convert requirements into effective design solutions

• Basic working knowledge of HTML & CSS (mandatory)

• Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to React or Angular

• Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator

• Awareness of animations, micro-interactions, and current UI trends

• Basic understanding of Git or collaborative development workflows

• Quick learner with a proactive mindset

• Comfortable working in Agile teams
