AI Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Must-have technical skills:

• Python comfortable writing clean, working code without scaffolding
• Claude API / Anthropic SDK — building with LLMs, prompt engineering, structured outputs
• Claude Code — using the CLI to build and run automations directly
• REST APIs and webhooks — connecting systems, handling authentication, parsing

JSON responses

• n8n or Make — workflow automation, no-code and code-hybrid pipelines
• Git — version control, pull requests, basic collaboration workflow

Technical (strong preference):

• CrewAI or LangGraph — building multi-agent systems and orchestrating agent workflows
• LangChain — LLM application framework, chains, memory, tool use
• RAG systems — LlamaIndex, Dify, Flowise, vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone, Qdrant)
• Voice AI — ElevenLabs, Voiceflow, or equivalent
• Basic SQL — querying data sources to understand what you are working with
• Docker — containerising and deploying simple applications

What we look for above experience:

• A portfolio of things you have actually built — agents, automations, RAG systems, anything using LLMs
• Evidence of self-directed learning in a fast- moving tooling environment
• You have built something that other people use
