The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support to a senior stakeholder, acting as a trusted partner

• Manage complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones

• Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, including board-level interactions

• Act as a key liaison with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders

• Prepare briefing packs, presentations, and confidential documentation

• Lead on international travel arrangements and itineraries

• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues

The Candidate:

• Significant experience supporting C-suite or senior stakeholders within professional services

• High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism

• Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
