We are looking for a Admin Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join Victor Seymour Infants School and become an integral member of our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Collate applications for Breakfast Club and After School Club, maintaining a waiting list for both clubs
• Credit control of Breakfast Club, After School Club and Nursery Payments
• Using Bromcom, monitor the AM and PM registers. Check attendance markings and send emails to parents regarding absent pupils.
• Produce Dinner numbers for catering.
• Provide first aid, and record injuries in the accident book.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communicator – sensitive, compassionate and effective.
• Able to lead games and other activities.
• Be dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management directions
