Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Azure Power BI to lead and manage data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Azure Power BI implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Azure Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake).
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and user experience design.
• Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data analytics and business intelligence.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
