Required skill and years of experience:
- Agentic AI, GenAI & LLMs: GPT based solutions, prompt engineering, agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi agent frameworks (5-7 years)
- Programming: Python (primary) and ReactJS (5-7 years)
- ML Foundations: Supervised & unsupervised learning, deep learning fundamentals (5-7 years)
- Statistics: Probability, optimization, experimental methodologies (5-7 years)
- Model Development: Build, train, evaluate, and tune ML models (5-7 years)
- Data Handling: Large scale data processing & feature engineering (5-7 years)
- AI Domains: NLP / NLU (intent classification, semantic understanding) (5-7 years)
- Cloud AI: Azure AI services, enterprise AI platform, GCP (5-7 years)
Preferred candidate profile
Python (FastAPI / Flask) API services and inference pipelines
Next.js / React + Node.js AI-driven UI, chat interfaces, dashboards
AI frameworks/agents – LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI model integrations (GPT, Llama, etc.)
API integrations
Prompt engineering
Basic cloud knowledge (Azure / AWS)
