AI Engineer (Python)

About the Role

We are looking for engineers with strong AI and Python engineering skills to build intelligent, AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will work on Large Language Model (LLM) integration, Generative AI features, and Agentic AI frameworks in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python.
• Integrate LLM capabilities using LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embedding services, and vector search integrations.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
• Work with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Apply MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and Responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or equivalent frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI using OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Embeddings and Vector Search

• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying and monitoring AI/ML models in production.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
