Job Description
For our client, we are seeking a Director AI Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $225,000 – $325,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the AI strategy for business teams
- Build and deploy AI workflows and tools, ensuring high quality
- Drive rapid prototyping and validation of AI solutions
- Create a model for teams to self-enable with AI tools
- Recruit and scale the AI Enablement function from scratch
- Set and rigorously track KPIs for AI adoption and efficiency
- Report on progress and strategic direction to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years with a product or technical background in operational technology
- Proven experience building and shipping technical solutions
- Proficiency with workflow automation platforms and AI/ML tools
- Understanding of LLMs and generative AI in a business context
- Experience in collaborating with business teams to drive measurable outcomes
- Strong communication skills for influencing executives and motivating teams
