• 7+ years leading AI, Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering AI solutions from concept/intake through production deployment and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience moving AI initiatives beyond proof-of-concepts into scalable operational solutions.
• AI & Machine Learning Expertise

• Strong understanding of:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Responsible AI and AI Governance

• Experience overseeing the AI lifecycle, including deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Analytics Teams

• AI Developers and Engineers

• Ability to establish delivery standards, priorities, governance, and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Program Delivery

• Experience leading large-scale initiatives involving:

• Enterprise Architecture Teams

• External Vendors/Consultants

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions integrated with:

• Enterprise Data Platforms

• Operational Systems

• Ability to partner closely with Solution Architects and IT Leadership.
