Role Description The Gen AI Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Florence, NJ. This role is responsible for designing and implementing generative AI solutions and architectures that support client business goals, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. The Gen AI Architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, select appropriate models and tools, and define end-to-end AI workflows from data ingestion to deployment. Day-to-day activities include evaluating emerging Gen AI technologies, building prototypes and reference implementations, guiding engineering teams on best practices, and establishing governance around model usage and data privacy. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting solution designs, and providing technical leadership and mentorship on Gen AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Gen AI and machine learning skills, including experience with large language models, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Data engineering and architecture skills, such as data pipeline design, data integration, model serving infrastructure, and cloud-native solution development.
• Software engineering skills, including proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar), API design, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Solution design and consulting skills, including requirements gathering, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into AI architectures.
• Knowledge of AI security, compliance, and governance, with awareness of data privacy standards and risk management in AI deployments.
• Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in or with talent, HR tech, or consulting environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with Industry 4.0 and data-driven products.
